### About the Role
WIN Home Inspection is seeking passionate Backend Software Engineers (NodeJS) to join our growing team. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will help build innovative web and mobile applications that redefine the industry.
### Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications, microservices, integrations, and reusable components.
- Develop applications/web services and cloud-native apps using NodeJS, JavaScript, REST API, and other tech stacks.
- Collaborate in an agile environment with product owners, frontend and backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and QA.
- Optimize performance and maintain code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring sessions.
- Identify and implement technical solutions to enhance user experience and backend efficiency.
### Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 4-7 years of experience in Backend development (NodeJS, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, REST API, AWS).
- Familiarity with development toolsets, integration and deployment tools, and testing automation tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires innovation and speed of execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
