Operations Engineer

### About You We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic environment. You will monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, improve incident detection and response, analyze trends in production data, and enhance communication with partners during incidents. ### Responsibilities - Monitor the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies, and determine the need for incident tickets. - Triage and investigate production incidents, create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, and perform initial technical investigations. - Own lower-severity incidents from detection to resolution, diagnosing issues and executing runbook procedures. ### Requirements - Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in SRE, DevOps, or production operations. - Familiarity with observability platforms and scripting. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
