### About the Role
We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Software Engineer** to join our Agentic AI team. This role involves building AI-native applications and developing platforms and libraries to integrate Agentic AI across our operations. You will tackle cutting-edge technical challenges that involve AI, UX design, and software engineering, all while contributing to mission-critical capabilities.
### Responsibilities
- Design and prototype agentic solutions.
- Own the full lifecycle of building agents, including prompt engineering, custom agent architectures, tool-calling, fine-tuning, guardrails, and evaluations.
### Qualifications
- Proven experience in full stack development.
- Strong understanding of AI and its applications in software engineering.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
