### About the Role
We’re looking for a **Senior Full-Stack Engineer** to own the most critical parts of the Developer Portal: onboarding, configuration, enablement, and observability. These surfaces are instrumental to providing a top-tier customer experience, maximizing conversion and retention. The expectations are high, decisions move fast, and the work you ship will be used immediately by thousands of developers.
### What You'll Do
- Create clean, fast onboarding flows that directly drive conversion and activation.
- Build scalable backend services that power our user-facing applications.
- Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture, state management, and API design.
- Improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability across the stack.
- Move quickly, make strong product calls, and simplify complex problems.
### What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments.
- Strong proficiency with React and modern frontend development.
- Strong backend experience with languages like Golang, C#, Java, or Rust.
- Experience building and maintaining REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Experience with database design and optimization.
- Strong system design and architecture skills.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and execute at speed with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
### Nice to Have
- Prior experience building and maintaining billing systems.
- Prior startup and/or web3 experience.
- Solana development experience.
- Understanding of web security best practices.
