Be part of our amazing transformational journey as we optimize the opportunity towards becoming a leading technology, data, and innovation voice in healthcare. ### Job Summary As a **Senior QA Manual Tester**, you will conduct Software Quality Assurance testing activities to ensure that Claritev application products operate correctly and meet specified requirements. You will work as part of a team with influence across a larger organization. ### Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for Claritev applications. - Create test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the SQA team. - Execute SQA testing of Claritev applications in accordance with project documentation and company standards. - Perform back-end (database) testing using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. - Conduct regression and integration testing. - Perform front-end (functional) testing of Web and GUI applications. - Analyze test results and log defects in JIRA. - Collaborate with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of identified defects. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. ### Qualifications - Minimum bachelor’s degree or 10 years of IT experience. - Minimum 8 years’ experience in Software Quality Assurance testing. - Knowledge of Web Services testing tools (XML, SOAP/UI, Restful, Postman, ReadyAPI). - Ability to write and understand SQL against Oracle databases. - Knowledge of testing in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or OCI). - Knowledge of medical claim processing is a plus. - Advanced knowledge of Software QA automated test tools is a plus.
