With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. ### About the Role As a Senior Solution Architect in the Services team at Fivetran, you will facilitate the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Fivetran platform and product suite. Your expertise in applications, databases, data warehouses/lakehouses, and APIs will be crucial. You will work directly with customer stakeholders to define requirements and facilitate architecture and integration that meets those needs. ### Key Responsibilities - Optimize implementations through performance tuning. - Provide best-practice advice on source and target setup. - Troubleshoot issues and support use cases for data pipelines enabling analytics and AI/ML initiatives. - Produce enablement collateral and train teams for software adoption. - Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and Software Engineers. ### Technologies You’ll Use - **Fivetran SaaS, Hybrid Deployment, and HVR architectures** - **Databases:** Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM Db2, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA - **Data Warehouses/Lakehouses:** Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift - **Cloud Services:** AWS, GCP, Azure - **Containerization:** Docker, Podman, Kubernetes ### Location This is a full-time position based remotely in the US, with a preference for candidates in Central and East Coast timezone states.
