### Role Overview
We are looking for a **Staff Backend Engineer** with expertise in **Golang** to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend services that support our mobile games and applications.
### Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
### Requirements
- Strong experience in backend development with Golang.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team.
