We are powered by people and driven by technology. ### Role Overview We are seeking a **Senior AI Engineer** to join our Core AI Agentic Development Team. The primary objective is to design, develop, and deploy robust, multi-agent systems that assist healthcare providers in optimizing their revenue lifecycle and managing accounts receivable (AR). ### Responsibilities - Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI. - Develop and maintain agent orchestration pipelines for task collaboration and output synthesis. - Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs and RPA-style interfaces. - Build guardrails, validation layers, and compliance checks for LLM-driven systems. - Architect and deploy supervisor agents for task routing and output validation. - Implement logging, tracing, and monitoring frameworks for agent performance. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions. ### Required Experience and Skills - Advanced proficiency in Python. - Strong background in software engineering best practices. - Proven track record of developing and deploying autonomous AI agents and LLM applications in production. - Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as Crew.ai, LangChain, or AutoGen.
