This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all AI development in production and ensuring that our multi-agent systems deliver tangible value in optimizing healthcare revenue lifecycles. **Responsibilities:** - Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, aligning multi-agent system development with business objectives. - Lead architecture decisions for large-scale, production-grade agentic systems. - Partner with product leadership to shape the AI roadmap and prioritize initiatives. - Establish governance and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory-compliant AI system behavior. - Oversee delivery and performance of AI systems in production, defining KPIs and monitoring ROI. - Build and lead high-performing AI engineering teams. - Provide cross-functional leadership to translate business needs into scalable AI architectures. **Required Experience and Skills:** Candidates must have a substantial background in leading AI development teams and successfully delivering complex, agentic AI systems into production environments at scale. A deep strategic understanding of the current AI landscape, specifically focusing on agent orchestration, governance, and system integration is essential.
